EASING MENTAL TENSION

Early morning or any time u feel fresh have a bath & put a cheitanya rosary around ur neck. Sit in a relaxed manner in any posture ,one can even lie down .Then forgetting all ur problems chant da following mantra for 10 mins.



"Om Hreem Hreem Hreem Shreem Hreem Hreem Hreem"



When ever u feel mentaly fatigued try it .You might even have a flash of intutions suggesting a way out of ur current problems.
