           Take a bath ,wear white clothes apply some natural fragrance & sit on a white worship mat . Place da nabhi chakras in a plate apply a mark of saffron on each ,offer jaggery on them & light 5 lamps so dat flames light towards you.Then chant 11 rounds of mantras that follows with da "ICCHA PORTI MALA" satnding on a mat.Before commencencement of da mantra recitation you must take a water in your palm & speak out dis wishes .....
